FIFA 22 will use HyperMotion capture technology

Electronic Arts Sports (EA Sports) just dropped the reveal trailer for FIFA 22. The popular football simulation title’s next instalment is set to launch later this year and is expected to bring more improvements and new features and gameplay modes over its predecessor.

EA Sports FIFA football video game is one of the most played games on consoles, computers, and mobile phones. The game was started in 1993 and has grown in leaps and bounds over the years, and now has become a global phenomenon. The makers of the game recently unveiled French and Paris Saint-German star Kylian Mbaape as the cover of this year's edition.

The game will use HyperMotion capture technology that combines match capture and machine learning to create a more realistic experience.This will only be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Stadia.

EA's algorithm will "write new animations in real time" based on match capture, the organisation claims.

Overall, HyperMotion Technology sounds very reminiscent of many of the other next-gen promises, with both friendly and opposing A.I. enhanced, giving them more choices on how to act and a greater intelligence with which to act on them. While FIFA 21 did receive a next-gen upgrade for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, HyperMotion Technology appears to be an ambitious next step in providing the ultimate virtual soccer experience by improving both what the player themselves can do with the ball, as well as the other 21 players on the pitch at the same time. With EA producing other series like Madden, this technology could become a staple of their sporting titles.

New ‘Create a Club’ mode
The trailer also hints at a new Create a Club mode in the game that will let players take charge of a club as manager and take it to new heights. The new mode is expected to be different than the regular Career Mode where players control one player.

The league's inclusion on FIFA 22 can be a gamechanger for the league as well as the growth of the game in India. It could spike the sales of the game in India, and also add to the massively growing E-Sport culture in India. The clubs can also start their own E-Sports teams, and it would be a great sight to see all the fans created FIFA tournaments will feature Indian players and clubs.
